Returns Policy

All original artwork sales are final because each work is unique and one of one.

Exceptions apply only when an artwork arrives damaged, the wrong artwork is delivered, or the work materially differs from its listing.

Any delivery damage must be reported within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please retain all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the artwork, exterior and interior packaging, shipping label and visible damage.

Do not discard packaging or arrange a return before receiving written instructions from the studio, as this may affect the shipping insurance claim.

If the studio voluntarily approves a return outside these exceptions, the collector is responsible for insured return shipping, and the original packing and shipping costs may be deducted from any refund.
